7 pc collection souvenir spoons. One large figural souvenir spoon which appears to be silver on copper AOHNAI that is a large spoon. The next little demitasse spoon is sterling silver and it says Fort Defiance 1794 on the bowl. The central spoon is a large Indian head figural spoon that says Niagara Falls and there you have Niagara Falls. This spoon is marked Sterling. Demitasse spoon to the bottom left has an incredible pattern marked TOLEDO (I guess for Toledo, Ohio). That spoon is marked sterling with fancy letters in script on the back of RW&S. To the bottom right a wonderful spoon that is completely patriotic.
10 early coin silver teaspoons, in very nice condition having hallmarks on the back of “M.V.” With Eagle punch As far as I can tell the maker is Hotchkiss & Schrueder, New York 1857-1864.The teaspoons are a fabulous bold shape & are in very good condition, having fancy initials of “MCD” on the crest in fine script.
Here is a wonderful 19th century cake knife with spectacular deep chasing all along the blade. It is engraved in the center of blade with the name Lillie. The handle is also monogrammed with the letter M in very fine script. The knife is in excellent condition
This is a very nice match safe looking very Art Deco in design to me. It is simple with only a very fancy script monogram on the front which I believe reads – RPW. It is marked on the flip top AP& Co and on the reverse side of the flip top it is marked Aluminum Silver.
Very nice set of demitasse spoons have hand decorated porcelain handles with figure of a woman on one side and a man on the other and gold trim. The handles are incredibly unique and decorative – a must see! Silver shank and bowl are marked "800" and also marked with indistinguishable hallmarks.
Description: Outstanding, fine Sheffield, silver egg server by Mappin & Webb Sheffield of London. Outstanding detail that can't be seen in this picture. The classical wreath handle has so much fine detail. The base of each cup has a finely beaded ring around it. The construction definitely dates this piece from the last half of the 19th century. It has hand-made nuts and bolts. Measures 6 3/4" in diameter x 7" high. The quality of the silver is incredible.

A tiny bit of excitement here! A Russian Niello shot glass with superb continuing floras all around. Hallmarked on the neck of the glass with the #4 & then hallmarked on the bottom with (1845) & (84 for silver content)(St George Slaying the Dragon) & (artist mark illegible) Overall the glass is in good condition with the original silver surface, never polished. It measures 1 ½” high x 1 3/8” diameter.
A great little Russian Silver Demitasse cup & saucer .Dated 1894 & other hallmarks AC /1894 and a punch of Saint George slaying the Dragon & 84 silver mark. This cup & saucer are in excellent condition with a nice chased design of florals with a monogram in the center of the florals of “CM”. Nice Russian Silver Niello Beaker. A small size beaker with a lavish amount decoration over almost the entire surface. There is a scene on each side of the beaker inside of a reserve. The condition is good, having only two small pinches to top rim & a small dent at the base of the beaker. It is a wee bit tarnished. Hallmarked #84 in a punch on the outside rim of the top & on the bottom there are 3 punches. I hope you can see them in the pictures. It measures 2 ¾” tall x 3” diameter of the top.
A nice early antique set of butter spreaders, in Sheffield Plate Silver .The blades are beautifully chased , the handles are ivory .The blades are hallmarked for “Thomas & Benjamin Godwin” in The Surseya Ghaut Pattern. Date 1825-1834.The knives rest in the original presentation case with Green velvet & satin lining .The knives are in good condition, with a minor amount of copper showing through on one of the knives.
A nice 19th century fish service for six in the original presentation box. Quite the impressive set with nice repousse handles & beautifully chased blades /utensil surface. Each piece is hallmarked with makers mark & other punches. I assume they are English. The presentation box is in good condition with a gold velvet & satin lining. The overall box measures 14 1/” long x 9 ¼” wide x 2” deep.
A really nice vintage old pill box in pplated silver. It appears to me to be from the Art Nouveau era. It is nicely chased with floral signs on the front along with what I believe to be a mirrored lake scene having boat houses to the right and sail boats in the water in front of mountains. The bottom is very interesting in design – being ribbed. It is some what worn yet very aesthetically pleasing. No makers mark appears anywhere on the box. It measures 2 1/8” x 1 1/8” x 3/8”. Super nice Nostalgic Victorian Shoe Button Hook. This one is especially exciting, having so much intricate detail in the design that is in high relief. Applied to the stem It has a round ring attached to the very top for hanging. It measures 7 3/4" long including the ring.

Positively elegant sterling silver match safe dating from the early 1900’s. It is decorated in all over florals with a very interesting initialized crest on one side – which is impossible to make out since the match safe is so highly decorative. Complete with the match striker on the bottom. The condition is excellent with no dent or dings. There are four punched hallmarks consisting of a CC....
This is a very nice match safe in sterling silver dating from the early 1900’s. It is in a very handsome design with a shield on the front. The shield has no monogrammed. There are four punched hallmarks consisting of an RC, an anchor, a left facing full bodied lion and a C. The match safe is in very good condition with the exception of a small dent and split on the top of the flip lid
Here is an absolutely wonderful glass flask with heavy sterling silver. It has an interesting hinged locking mechanism top. It is heavily reticulated with an acanthus leaf design with hand chased details. It is monogrammed in the central cartouche in fancy script LCM. The flask is marked sterling up around the neck and there are no other maker marks or hallmarks.
Here is an elaborately decorated Large Serving Fork & Spoon Set with the makers mark by S. Kirk & Son Inc. Sterling. The handles of both the spoon and fork are incredible ornate with as I hope you can see in the pictures floral repousse. The fork measures 9 3/8”l and is approximately 2” wide at the widest point the spoon measures 8 3/8”l.
Here is an incredible pair of sterling silver embroidery scissors. It has a spectacular beaded rope design with horizontal reeding at the base. They are marked Germany and Sterling. They are in very good condition with some wear to the very ends of the blades due to use over time. It measures 3 5/8” long x 1 ¾” at widest.
Superb Edwardian Cased Set of 6 Hallmarked Sterling Silver Spoons and Sugar Tongs. The Spoons are 4 3/4" in length. The Sugar Tongs are 4 1/8" in length. The Spoons have excellent shaped bowls with embossed scrolls and foliate decoration to the stem with a vacant cartouche. Here is a 97 piece set of sterling silver flatware in what I believe to be the Chantilly pattern made by the Frank Whitting Co. Attleboro Mass. It is an incredible set – it is a service for twelve. It has twelve of each piece included are: large forks, small forks, teaspoons, fish forks, ice tea spoons, butter spreaders, butter knives, and six steak knives. It is very unusual to find steak knives in a set like this.
Nice set of six Sterling or Coin silver teaspoons, made by “Bigelow Bros & Kennard of BostonMass”. The are early 1800’s & look typically like coin silver, but it is only my opinion that they do not feel like coin silver, they are very light weight & delicate, they are in good condition all things considered, having only the minor little dings on the bowl of the spoon bowl that is common with silver of this early vintage

Massively heavy 19th century silver plated jeweled casket. With heavy repousse or highly casted florals over entire box, flanked with cherubs and a woman’s portrait medallion on the front. Oval shield medallion on the top encircled by highly raised florals. I suspect that the interior originally had a plush silk lining that is now gone. There is evidence that the box originally stood on four bun feet. This is one of the most elegant and highly decorated jewel caskets that you will find. Marked on the bottom A. B. Paris. Measuring 9 ¾ inches square and 3 ½ inches high.
This is one of the prettiest and most elegant sterling silver footed bowl. It rests on four quaint feet which are very classical in design and intricately done. The rim of the bowl is also classical in design. It has very free flowing scrolls embracing the entire rim making the overall appearance of the bowl very elegant and sophisticated.
A great decanter! The blown crystal decanter is delicately & elaborately engraved with lovely summer flower sprays. The decanter is mounted with silver repousse around the bottom half & at the neck & topped off with a figural stopper .The stopper is really interesting, being a peasant man in European dress holding a goose under each arm.
Here is an outstanding silver plated large mug with handle. The detail is so exceptional - I just had to have this mug when I saw it. I believe it is a grand tour souvenir from the late 19th century. It has scenes all the way around – one of the scenes is a Japanese pagoda, then there is a palm tree, then I believe there is what appears to be a desert scene in the middle and finally to the left I’m going to say the Tashma Hall. There are initials on the front of the mug in very fancy script of – SCF.
This wonderful Sterling silver basket has the hallmark of maker “Whiting” marked sterling and weighs 14 troy ounces. The form of the basket as you can see is very naturalistic with great flowing movement. The cut work in this basket is truly amazing. It is monogrammed in elegant script on the handle of “ B H.” The condition is truly just perfect!
Nice Vintage Sterling Silver cut work tray. It measures 9 ½" in diameter & is 1 1/4" high. The cut work design is very well executed. The condition is very good having only a very minor dent on the outside edge and some slight scratching in the solid center. It is marked Sterling with a wreath hallmark. I have tried to do a bit of research on the wreath hallmark and the closest example seems to be attributed to maker “Watson Co” of Attleboro Mass.
Spoon & Fork from the famous "Bellevue Stratford Hotel" Philadelphia. Remember thats the hotel on Broadway in Philadelphia where the Legionares Disease broke out and made world Headlines. Nice heavy spoon and fork marked International Silver Co x11. The condition is really excellent - there is only a very small amount of faint scratching and they really do weigh a ton! Fork measures 7 1/8" long and the spoon measures 6" long.
Erucis a small village in France famous for its production of very fine silver items, dating back to the 1850’sThis is One completely impressive 19th century silver tray -Round with a diameter of 19 ¾”. Here is a fabulous and ornate sterling silver Art Nouveau Gorham bowl. It is highly ornate in an all over repousse which embraces the entire rim. On all four sides there is a large floral with smaller flowers and bud veins connecting them as one. As you leave the rim and move towards the center of the bowl basin it is embraced by free flowing leaves - it so elegantly and sophisticatedly done. It is very art nouveau in design and character. Here is an incredibly ornamental and interesting Sterling Fish Serving Fork by Gorham. The floral design embracing the handle is not only intricate but remarkably pleasing - buttercup pattern. It measures 6 7/8”long. The condition is very good with the exception of the expected surface scratches to the fork serving end but very minute.

Seriously Rare 19th Century Shoe Button Hook and Shoe Horn. They were made in Birmingham England by a well known English Silversmith – Adie & Lovekin Ltd. Here is an elegant and sophisticated matching pair of sterling silver salt and pepper shakers! They are both marked on the bottom – Reed & Barton Sterling Weighted and Reinforced 49. They are in very good condition but the very tip of the pepper shaker top is slightly dent – it looks like it may have been pushed in. They could use a good polish to bring out their sparkling ambience. They have screw tops and a glass interior – for easy use and cleaning. They measure 5 1/8”h with a base diameter of 1 ¾”. Circa early 1900’s.
At Blue Dolphin Antiques,Investment Grade Tiffany & Co Sterling Silver Salver. Beautiful sophisticated Egyptian Design. The silver chasing is exquisite as you can imagine. In the middle of the tray are the initials “AKS” in appropriate script for the design of the tray. The salver is supported on three amazing feet. On the back all hallmarked (see photos) Tiffany & Co 552 (M) English Sterling (M) 5062 (550 Broadway). The (M) hallmarks are for silver maker “JC Moore & Son” 1854-1869. This salver measures 10” in diameter x 1” high. The condition is very good although is has some very faint scratching from use & I think a good polishing will remove mostly all of it.
Tiffany & Co Makers Sterling Silver 925-1000.This is a totally great & petite style Breakfast Set. Not a very common item to find these days. Talk about good living. The 13” tray, slender petite coffee pot cream & sugar, in a very traditional design. Coffeepot 9 ½” H Sugar bowl 5” High Creamer4 ½” High. Fancy script initials”JEB”. This set has a total weight of 57 Troy oz. So you can see the weight is really heavy, this is a lot of silver ~The condition is really very good. The tray naturally has some scratching from use & a slight dent at the edge of the tray. This set dates according to the mark from 1907-1947.
This is an incredibly ornate pen knife. The design is simple yet detailed with flowing leaves. It is monogrammed on one side – M.J.P. The hallmark, to the best of what I can decipher, looks like a Bird then an anchor below that and then a female head looking right. I think it is Gorham but I’m not positive. I'm not sure if it is sterling silver or silver plated - I have not had it tested. Closed the pen knife measures 3 3/8” long x ¾” wide at widest point - open the pen knife measures 5 5/8” long. This would make a wonderful gift – very decorative and tasteful.

Contemporary Mexican Silver Brooch. This solid sterling brooch is so sleek in the design ,signed on the back with Pineda’s inside Crown & registration number TP-17Taxco 970 meaning almost solid silver. Super - just super - sterling silver tea strainer! Looks very art noveau vintage - early 1900’s - with all over boldly flowing roses and vines. It has the initial “L” in fancy script on the handle. On the back it is marked sterling with a rose hallmark, the letter C and the numbers 1928. It has very good weight and is in excellent condition. Measuring 6 ¾” long x 3” wide.
Nice Victorian sterling Silver baby mug, having fancy Initials in script on the front. The design is very classical, so elegantly chased with superior detail. It is marked on the bottom with the hallmarks of a lion -K& Crown Sterling 114. It was made by Peter L Krider Co. of Philadelphia Pennsylvania about 1850- 1860. You can find more biography on this maker in Dorothy Rainwater’s Encyclopedia on pg 186. The mug is in very good condition, having only a few little dents that you always expect to find on a baby mug. It measures 3" high x 2 5/8" diameter not including the handle. If you are a collector of baby mugs this would be a wonderful example of 19th century Philadelphia Silver for your collection.
