Antique Pottery Bowl Bennington Rockingham

Bennington bowl. Here is one totally incredible 19th century Bennington stoneware bowl! It has an
outrageous color combination of dark brown, a cream color and even some specks of black. The bowl
has nice little feet – 8 of them – and oddly enough the bowl is in perfect condition which as you know is
very hard to find. It is a lovely specimen and a rare one at that. It measures 9 5/8” in diameter x 2 ¾”
high.

The great one! One of the greatest country decorated boxes to come along in quite some time. Fresh
from a Rockland Maine Estate. A good nice size lift top box of pine with the original paint decoration.
Black ground with gold fans, leather wrapped handle, with some deterioration but in good working

fabulous bold wood grain. This is one very stylish country sewing stand. The stand sits on four turned

Old Decoy Made in Maine

A nice vintage carved working decoy. A few weeks ago a local lady came into the shop with 8 decoys to
sell , she said these have been in the barn & belonged to her deceased father who was a duck hunter.
This decoy is a nice one with a lot of merit in my opinion.Completeley carved by hand ,in good
condition. It has two led weights attached to the bottom. On the bottom is a round stamp that is faded &

Scale Forged Iron Primitive

A great country scale , this one in hand forged iron & dating from the late 18th Century to the very
early 19th Century. As you can see the work is just screaming of antiquity .It is in the original crusty
surface & all in very good condition. The scale is mounted on an old pine base that has the remnants
of some paint decoration .I love this scale , what a dynamite decoration this would be in the early
